The Prospects Group strive to become the forerunner in workplace and personal training provision in the UK.

Our training arm Prospects Training International Ltd delivers qualifications in construction and insulation (in which we are the market leaders). 

Our training brokerage arm PGVT Ltd facilitates the funding and delivery of vocational qualifications in all commercial sectors.

At the Prospects Group we have successfully delivered vocational qualifications throughout the UK reaching over 250 employers and providing workforce development to over 6000 learners with a Full Level II Vocational Qualification. We have improved our methods and standards continuously to provide a professional and supportive approach to each individual.

We have engaged with a range of employers from Micro Businesses to Local Authorities and Major Contractors. During this time we have been extremely successful in engaging with "hard to reach" employers who would otherwise not have embraced training and development within their workforce. We have encouraged the 'equality of training' from the operative to the Managing Director to allow the individual to progress up the ladder making room for new entrants.
